A quick leave of absence for the Annual Meeting^
Good evening, everyone!
As you may have heard, ReadNovel will be hosting its annual meeting in Singapore at the end of February. I didn't go to last year's event because I was worried about updates, but this year, the film and television rights for 《Mystic Mirror》 have been successfully sold. Whether it's to express my gratitude or to handle related matters, I absolutely have to go.
This trip will last five days. I'll be departing on February 26th, and won't be able to board a plane back until the 2nd. Considering that writing during the annual meeting will inevitably be affected, I originally planned to work hard and save up chapters to ensure stable updates.
But plans can't keep up with changes. My schedule before and after the New Year has taken up a lot of time. The Guangdong Writers Association also has an important conference this month, which only happens once every five years. Plus, I've troubled people with some things before, and I'm carrying a debt of gratitude, so I really couldn't refuse this time. I had to take time out in the middle of the month to participate. Unexpectedly, the saved chapters I had originally prepared for the end of the month were also used up during this period…
Left with no choice, I have to ask for three days of leave, from February 26th to 28th. I'll resume updates on March 1st. It's really a last resort, and I ask for your understanding—however, I will also try to write during my free time at the annual meeting and release extra chapters for everyone when I get back on the 1st to make up for my sins.
Thank you all for your support!
